Please review your order for accuracy as all sales are final and no returns for overage will be accepted unless their is a manufacturer's defect. Unless there is a material defect in the product, 54"and 27" commercial goods are non-returnable.
In the event that there is a material defect in the order, Commercial Wall Decor shall take reasonable steps to mitigate damages upon notice from Buyer. A Return-Goods-Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Commercial Wall Decor prior to any return of Products and must be reported within (7) business days of delivery to be considered valid.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Contract Wallcoverings due to buyers remorse. Therefore, we highly encourage ordering a sample of the product you are interested in before making your final decision.
Once the item is cut from the master reel at the mill and shipped out, the order is not able to be refunded or cancelled. Please do not send items back to us without a Return Authorization, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
All products sold by Commercial Wall Decor are sold with a limited warranty. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind other than such warranty as may be provided in writing to buyer by or on behalf of the manufacturer of the products (for which warranty such manufacturer shall be solely liable), and no other warranties, either expressed or implied are made with respect to the products, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; (b) Commercial Wall Decor does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use of or the results of the use of the products in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise; (c) Commercial Wall Decor does not warrant that the products will be error free; and (d) Commercial Wall Decor expressly disclaims any other warranties.
